These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of gracesarasota.org (the “Site”), operated by Grace Fellowship Church (“Grace,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site to read about the church, listen to sermons, learn about events, contact us, give online, and access related content. We ask that you not use the Site in any way that violates the law, attempt to access areas or accounts not intended for you, copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission, attempt to introduce viruses or other malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
All written content, sermons, photos, video, audio, design, and the Grace Fellowship logo on the Site are the property of Grace Fellowship Church or used with permission. You are welcome to share individual sermon links and pages on social media or by email, quote short excerpts of sermons or articles in personal or non-commercial contexts with attribution to “Grace Fellowship Church · gracesarasota.org,” and embed our public sermon videos on personal blogs or church-related websites with attribution.
You may not republish full sermon recordings, articles, or other content for commercial use without our written permission.
The Site contains links to third-party sites, including Church Team Ministries International (ctmi.org), our giving partner, and our social-media channels. Grace is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.
Online gifts are processed by our secure giving partner. By making a gift, you also agree to the giving partner’s terms. Gifts to Grace Fellowship Church are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Annual giving statements are provided to all donors on request.
The Site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the information current and accurate, but we make no warranty that the Site or its content will be error-free or uninterrupted. Sermons and articles on the Site reflect the convictions and teaching of Grace Fellowship Church and are intended for spiritual edification — they are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Fellowship Church and its elders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
